The best way to learn about units for sale is to work with a local real estate agent.

Village on the Cannon is a 55+ condominium community.  Each unit is independently owned. Occasionally an owner will choose to sublet their unit for a period of time.  Subleases are managed by the owner, not by Village on the Cannon

Village on the Cannon does not maintain a waitlist since each unit is owned independently. 

The Concierge at Village on the Cannon is available to give tours of the common areas of the building but cannot show individual units.  

Most units in Village on the Cannon have two bedrooms and two baths. Other units vary in size from studio; one bedroom, 1.5 baths and a den; up to two bedrooms, two baths and a den. 

Village on the Cannon is not an assisted living facility.  

Village on the Cannon operates a community-elected Board of Directors. Five members hold regular meetings to make decisions applicable to the whole of the community. An annual homeowners association meeting for all residents occurs each January or February. Locally based property management company, G&H Properties, provides oversight and direction to the HOA and also employs a part-time Concierge who works onsite. 

Village on the Cannon is not affiliated with Three Links or Three Links' Millstream Commons Facility.

Village on the Cannon provides its Community Room for use by CVEC each term.  Residents of VOC are welcome to enroll in these courses through the CVEC website (https://cvec.org/). 

Village on the Cannon has several common areas that its residents may use. The Library has various sitting areas, a cozy fireplace, and a large selection of books available for borrowing. The Community Room can be reserved by its residents for larger, private events. There is a kitchenette, many tables/chairs, a piano, and a ping pong table in this room. Residents are able to use our comfortable lobby area and our outdoor patio spaces. VOC also has an exercise room. 

Residents of Village on the Cannon may reserve our onsite Guest Suite for a nominal nightly fee. This suite has a king sized bed, a small kitchenette, a full bathroom, and an outdoor patio.
